Speedheat wants you to be happy with your purchases!
You may return new, undamaged items sold and fulfilled by Speedheat within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We will also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.
You must contact Speedheat for an RMA number, which must be referenced on packaging prior to returning items.
Simply email us with the subject line, "RMA Request for Invoice ___________", and we will send you an RMA as quickly as possible.
To expedite the process, please be sure to include the following information in your email:
- Invoice Number
- Order Number
- Date of Purchase
- Product Name, Size, and Price
- Reason for Return
(while we have a no-questions-asked 30-day Money-back Guarantee, we need to know the reason for speedy processing)
- (i.e. undamaged, exchange, wrong size, etc.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it, and the time it takes for your bank to process our refund request. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we have received and processed the returned item.

Speedheat does not accept returns of the following items:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Items without a RMA number.
- Gift certificates.
- Items purchased from sellers other than Speedheat.
- Items not returned in the condition in which it was delivered with the exception of manufacturer defect.
Orders that were delivered more than 30 days ago are not eligible for returns. Such an order is eligible for product exchange if due to manufacturer defect. If you still wish to exchange an item, follow our instructions on the Packing & Sending Your Return (be sure to include the packing slip in the box), and ship the order to:

If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same item, contact our Exchange Center to request a replacement. If you would like to exchange an item for a different one, please contact our Exchange Center to return the original item and order a different item. You will be refunded the difference, if applicable, once we receive the item.
Please note that it takes us 3 to 5 business days to process returns once they arrive at our Returns or Exchange Center.
If items are purchased by third-party resellers and fulfilled by Speedheat® Floor Heating, it is important in the returns process to know from whom the item was purchased.
If the item to be returned was not sold by Speedheat, you will need to contact the seller directly.
The return mailing labels obtained from our Returns Center are valid only for returns shipped within the U.S.
If you use this mailing label, and the return is a result of our error (i.e. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we will pay the return shipping costs.
If you use this mailing label, and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund. The amount deducted will be the customary UPS shipping costs for that item.
Additionally, you will be responsible for shipping charges for an exchange and returned item if reason for exchange is not due to our error.
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.
- Contact customer service for an RMA# and obtain a shipping label. Be sure to have your invoice or customer number ready for easy processing.
- This label with either be emailed to you or mailed along with your exchange, if applicable.
- Pack the items along with the packing slip (the receipt included in the box with your items) securely in a box.
- Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.
- Clearly mark your RMA number on the outside of the box or shipping label.
- Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up, or take it to a post office or shipping center.
Please note that return mailing labels obtained from our Returns Center are valid for domestic returns only. In addition, if you use a mailing label provided by our Returns Center and your return is not the result of our error, the shipping cost of that returned item will be deducted from your refund.
If you ordered an item that you want to return but cannot find the packing slip, you can still return it by contacting Customer Service.
